The students of K.K are fabulous,they are so loving and respecting.Apart from it nothing is satisfactory,but a beautiful campus.

The environment the politics the management, everything is pathetic.

If you are a jolly man who is always finding positive then you will be happy else only your nearness to home could be a reason to work there.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
