I have experienced a toxic work environment characterized by poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, and favouritism. Despite shouldering the workload of multiple professors, my efforts have not been fully recognised and valued. The way they treat employees from the Chairman level to the Head level is just pathetic.

Good opportunity as a fresher. You van work honestly and understand your own capabilities and potentials.

Lot of Management Interference in daily working. But that's required too otherwise the aided staff and authorities will neither let you work or grow. Everyone works for their personal benefits and not for students.

Like teaching but due to too much administrative work focus on teaching is affected but job security is their cooperative colleagues. Very good place to work.
