Doctors and teachers are good, willing to help you learn new stuff. If a person is looking for a job where you have to do the bare minimum and enjoy a laid back life....go for it.

Dislikes

The administration is terrible. You do not feel appreciated for the extra work you do. Not recommended for serious hard workers. I was admitted there in ED for 3 days while working there and was denied both medical and casual leave, just because they could.

it is the freedom given by the management to develop your department is what i like the most. other things are timely play, excellent residential facility and adequate staffing.
