They don't like new people in team, just need them for some time till they promote their favourites, management is highly biased towards their favourites... What's worst... They're unethical (don't honor notice period clause, don't tell reason for laying off) and unfit for running institute of higher education like medical college(as they abuse, threaten and manhandle faculty tutor and staff), skills are limited to business part only but unfortunately interfere in everything without required abilities......Read More
