Likes

Good, bad, experience, non experience, skilled, unskilled, hard working, smart working, less working; all are same in this company. Everyone is getting same salary, allowance without differentiate the types of work.

Dislikes

Salary is not good. After 6 months they offer 3 months salary and so on. Balance they after 2 years. No every month salary facility. Accomodation and food is very bad. Work culture is pathetic. Career growth is zero. Salary growth is less than 5% after two years. No holiday, no leave.

Politics is to much, company policies are not good, salary holding for 3 months always make you afraid.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address never, salary also not good and career growth is to much slow

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
