Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Good, bad, experience, non experience, skilled, unskilled, hard working, smart working, less working; all are same in this company. Everyone is getting same salary, allowance without differentiate the types of work.

Dislikes

Salary is not good. After 6 months they offer 3 months salary and so on. Balance they after 2 years. No every month salary facility. Accomodation and food is very bad. Work culture is pathetic. Career growth is zero. Salary growth is less than 5% after two years. No holiday, no leave.
