I have had a disappointing experience working at Jyoti Structures. The company culture is severely lacking, with a noticeable absence of proper facilities and a supportive work environment. The management’s behavior often leaves much to be desired, and there is no work-life balance to speak of. The HR management is outdated and inefficient.
