The policies are clearly spelled out so you know where you stand. There is good team spirit. Jobs are secure for anyone who follows the rules. As teachers a lot of possibility for innovation. The work environment is safe though strict and commitment is a must.

Dislikes

The tendency .of people to stick to a groove prevents others from thinking out of the box. Perhaps this is due to the complacency that sets in when jobs are secure

Work Details

work is generally hectic but that's by choice. One can remain doing only the absolute minimal and crib about how boring it all is! Or again one can innovate and get great support from the Management. I've experienced the latter.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
