A very good company for beginners to see and learn, but as time passes by it becomes stagnant.

The team is grappling with internal politics, favoritism, and a lack of transparent evaluation processes. The manager appears disengaged from projects beyond their own and exhibits a reluctance to consider alternative perspectives. Lots of politics in the team. The favs of the manager were promoted everywhere despite a visible biasedness. Travelling everyday for work, despite companies adopting for hybrid. The biasedness is ruining the culture and trust
