The moto of patients first, staff management.. HR policy.

Dislikes

1.There is no canteen facility for staff. 2.They ask there staffs ti be at the desk 15 minutes prior where they do not allow 1 min prior leaving. 3. Some managers are very cruel & do partiality with their staffs. 4. Very less celebration of cultural & traditional functions.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
