I liked most the infrastructure.In Jupiter hospital they arrange workshops,functions for staff refreshment from hectic workload,also arranging lectures to improve staff knowledge and skill

There is some more workload on staff

Mismanagement of resources, the boss in emergency department is not well trained to be head, only pleasing people who are roaming around with him or pleasing him are made tostay as permanent. No job security. The doctors are not able to learn anything.No scope for growth. Also no hike in payment, no job satisfaction or appreciation despite of working hard in all shift with no holiday irrelevant duty timing, giving all efforts,we end up with a note of not so good.The company never takes account of the turmoil which a doctor has to undergo to keep up working in the department. The company has appointed stubborn boss and his teammates around are busy juggling with no work done.There no growth for doctors as you don't learn any thing good but end up working in all shifts learning nothing good....Read More

Only few doctors get credentials and flexibility in duty hours who are close involved in their boss's amusement work. The effort taken to do best are never reciprocated or respected.No fixed hours,doctor who work at different places get relaxa
