Well, there is lot of work and lot of pressure plus you don't really have work-life balance, so you can really upskill yourself. The top management helps you learn a lot about what you should not do if you build your own startup. We learnt a lot about micromanagement and why authority along with delegation is important.

Dislikes

There hasn't been any appraisal in the company for last 2 years, except the ones related to the CEO family. There hasn't been a day when I didn't think about leaving the company. Jungleworks is the epitome of the bad image startups have in the corporate. I would give the company 0 star if there was an option.
