Since it’s a complex system one can feel the heat and learn how not to do wrong things.
It has become a place of Supervisors and Managers, coming from top to down people are very insecure and they wear mask of honesty. My message to the CEO : don’t hire leaders who have not worked hands on at least for 15 years in their domain. Your company is sitting on shoulders of technology and innovation and not cunningness and exploitation, you may save pennies temporarily which will blind you from long term consequences.These so called quick leaders know nothing about tech and real engineering, they are more of political people spreading politics and groupism in company culture. I've observed a concerning shift in management's communication style. Initially, there was a high degree of transparency, which fostered trust. However, in recent times, information sharing has become significantly less open, leading to a perceived lack of transparency.

Industry in which it operates has been affected badly due to government taxation(job security is nill), people randomly resign and leave(silent firing), toxic work culture, people in certain teams work till late nights 3am or pull all nighters to make the apps work and hence no work life balance, you are expected to be available whenever your manager/superior calls you.
