I've observed a concerning shift in management's communication style. Initially, there was a high degree of transparency, which fostered trust. However, in recent times, information sharing has become significantly less open, leading to a perceived lack of transparency.

Company has its own products (gaming apps), developed in-house, skilled teams

Dislikes

Industry in which it operates has been affected badly due to government taxation(job security is nill), people randomly resign and leave(silent firing), toxic work culture, people in certain teams work till late nights 3am or pull all nighters to make the apps work and hence no work life balance, you are expected to be available whenever your manager/superior calls you.
