I like absolutely nothing about Junglee Games.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. One way communication. Extra hours will be asked to stay post working in the name of training. No fixed off, No fixed shifts. Favouritism is on peak, managers will target you for their personal grudges. No respect for the people who are on contract. You have to explain too much just to take your own registered offs/leaves. 0 benefits to contractual employees and above all you have to work for 6 days....Read More

Insecure people who have high insecurities towards newcomers. My colleagues felt I was hired to replace them! No proper KT is done and loads & loads of manual work to be done in so-called Gaming company. Every time a automation topic is raised, the word "bandwidth" is repeated with no mercy whatsoever. Inter-department work takes ages to complete. The CEO keeps on repeating the same stuff over and over in every townhall by just rephrasing the sentences. There's no action - only Google Meetings which fetch no result. A TL or AM is here just to make sure a Manager has some subordinate to delegate his tasks to. Some of the Senior individuals believe that their company is Army but just with no respect. A email is meant to be read by the recipients to read and take action on it. If a separate reminder, on call has to be given, what's the point of sending an email? Why not just pick up the phone and call. I am sure even in such situation, multiple calls would be required. Company has its own products (gaming apps), developed in-house, skilled teams

Dislikes

Industry in which it operates has been affected badly due to government taxation(job security is nill), people randomly resign and leave(silent firing), toxic work culture, people in certain teams work till late nights 3am or pull all nighters to make the apps work and hence no work life balance, you are expected to be available whenever your manager/superior calls you.
