My team mates are easy going and understandable people. Our training comes atleast twice a year with the use of e-commerce softwares; althouhh, the salary is not attractive but there is room development. The company has a wonderful working environment for her staffs and customers.

Dislikes

Recognition is been accorded to 3pl branch staffs and that makes us experience poor remuneration and reviews.

Work Details

Work at jumia is quite challenging and very much interesting more especially as everybody is made to work with so many e-commerce applications even as the group engage perpetual innovations using IT. Its quite hectic in the sence that, i worked very hard
