People as in your coworkers, teammates and staff in general are good and helpful, My TL Anu was good and polite, Company serves best quality food in breakfast, lunch and evening snacks, all the time snacks and beverages are available in the breakout (I've not seen such arrangements in big MNC's), the top management is very friendly, the founders interact with the new joiners personally.

Dislikes

Now coming to the dislikes, it is going to be a huge rant, there seems to be some sort of Discrimination with the customer delight team and Field Executives, now it's understandable that due to operational reasons these people need to work all days of week but they don't get any extra benefits for working weekends and national holiday, while rest of the teams work from home on Saturdays only CD team comes to office and on weekends when it's only CD team in the office, the quality of lunch isn't that good it's ordered from outside for CD team, poor quality food, no work from home provision for CD team no matter the situation, everyone else has a laptop, while ours was taken back and we used to work on Desktops in office, there are strict timings even if you login few seconds late or exceed your break with few seconds, they'll create a fuss about it, again this is only for CD team, any company event or department event, members of CD team and FE team are not invited saying they're required to work, rest of the teams enjoy, while we sit and work, watching them partying, I can still remember company was celebrating it's 7th year anniversary and everyone danced and were partying we all from CD team were taking calls and seeing them dancing, it made me feel so inferior, and lastly it is not just a norm but a compulsion that we're asked to work 30-40mins post shift everyday, we're assigned some task that we are asked to perform post shift before leaving office, CD team enters office early morning 7am before everyone and leaves last at 9pm. Some of the senior managers and directors really like to micromanage things a lot. there have been days when in the name of rotational shift I've worked for 13days continuously and sometimes for accommodating leaves for others I've worked many extra hours. there is no concept of half day....Read More
