Nothing... Money minded school... Deducted my salary without telling me the rules and regulations.If a person doesn't know about the rules ,how he/she will follow.. They don't tell you the rules and always ready to find problems in you... I am having 10 years of teaching experience in other school but the last 6 months in JHPS was terrible for me.

Dislikes

They had already released the list of holidays for the whole year.. According to that staff can plan the holidays so I booked my flight tickets before 3 months in Dusshera but all of sudden before 1 week of vacations they released a notice in which they shifted our vacation dates. In this scenario if a person is taking leave also on that holiday they were deducting the salary...

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
