They recruited bsc ,MSc,and btech graduates as GAT . We have to do everything there. In the Bengaluru company, we literally painted the floors, sweeped, moped, doing whatever they said thinking each and everytime why we studied this much? Why they recruited us? Even the housekeeping people and we are literally doing the same thing. The house keeping people are getting more salary than us. Such a worst experience from a reputed company, I literally escaped from there. The mangers also...they said to our face that, you should do whatever we say, no matter whatever your qualification, otherwise you will not get the experience certificate. HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity . Once HR told me other companies corporate culture is also same but I doubt it and never faced such issues outside . I do not recommend anyone to join here . There is nothing to be liked about this company. The senior leads have grown old and mentally are still existing in 70s era where you only suspect your juniors. They only rely on micro-management and have zero understanding of operations. Out of 4 brands they operate in India only dominos is successful and that too because of it price point, otherwise operationally there is no influence on any business.
