The culture of jubilant food works was AMEZING but after The Great Leaders like Prateek POTA and Tarun Bhasheen sir once they left from jubilant and worst people came in Jubilant from like Airtel and few came From Retail they don’t care how Employees given his /her contribution to this organisation they aren’t people centric.

HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity .
