Worst management.... No one will support you....I risk my life while I worked here many times in -18 degree and they through me out because I eat some thing I know I am wrong and I sorry him but they all do against rules but for me I am guilty.....if u going there never go in contract.....

HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity . Once HR told me other companies corporate culture is also same but I doubt it and never faced such issues outside . I do not recommend anyone to join here . There is nothing to be liked about this company. The senior leads have grown old and mentally are still existing in 70s era where you only suspect your juniors. They only rely on micro-management and have zero understanding of operations. Out of 4 brands they operate in India only dominos is successful and that too because of it price point, otherwise operationally there is no influence on any business.
