Don't waste your time in this nonsense company who looks for just your caste and religion where all the managemental people are sold out and no one will guide u and rather make u feel like u r a slave .no work ethics no culture just nothing. Trust me I have worked 3 years and this was my first company to work I felt ashamed after working as they make u feel like nothing. These 3 years I have only done night shift and shifts are over than 12 hours and sometimes touching 20 too as because the management doesn't care if u r tired or not this is the only result a manager who came for training also died and they even didn't care. All the person are just theives and want money nothing else . Trust me if u have a degree or experience in your work just don't waste your time . It's just not my voice only but over more than 13 store manager,12 assistant manager,5 shift manager, 32 team members,47 delivery boys all faced their worst time of their life so they left this is the only reason Domino's has a mojor degradation in sale and increase in discount because due to work culture no body wants to work also due to this the sale went null. If u ever join the company and see these names in your job in upper management please leave immediately because then u will also face the same . All the managemental people are well set for them as they will make u suffer . I have given me hard and sweat yet I have to beg them to complete my review so that I get an experience letter and my fnf but the DM asking for side money to execute them . Racism, cultural mismatch, division on the basis of colour , caste , religion, language. All the people working in here are just the most pathic and uneducated person on board specially the DM AND THE CH of BJOCH specially as they bring caste in work . They will directly ask you what is your caste as on this basis they will provideu promotion. Your hardworking attitude has no values over here in the company only if u can personally serve your DM then only your promotion and work will be great or else just divide them into rush....Read More
