Very dynamic environment, a lot of scope to make an impact, bring in structure into the organisation.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Very weak on processes, unavailability of SOPs on various tasks which employees might need in their day to day lives. You always need to know someone who knows it. HR Shared services team is a painpoint to everyone else in HR
