Employee friendly environment and security of job is also good, company policies are also good compared to other companies.They encourage employees by giving awards, and they will organise some games to relax, and some functions to get together.special lunch, tem lunch, some gifts to employees for festival, and fo r women's day special.

Dislikes

The salary hike is the only dislike, they won't offer good salaries

Work Details

Overall it was awesome experience, first time it was difficult for me, later I became a very gud chemist and also I got awards, seniors are also very good in teaching all the things.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
