Company products are world class but work culture is full of politics. West team culture is worst. There are some people who only believes in politics. West Head of BD is one of them. Does not do anything but creates extreme pressure on the team. Herself only busy in family but ruins other team members life like hell. If these kinds of people are at managerial level, team will never be stable.

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.

The off role position is just like a scam, they take off role and use them for their targets to earn maximum benefits. Appraisal or increments are just impossible for off role employees. In short don’t join Kohler as off role. Your career will be at risk.

Nothing to like anything in kohler, work harrasment is there, no personal time, no work life balance. Don't fall in trap due to package. Few Managers are forcing to work on weekends also. Micro Management.

They have a culture of having Off Role & On Role employees. Due to which all the company's perks goes to On Role employee's only. For ex. - They provide invitation & cab services to On Roles only for any kind of event. Specifically, they don't give Awards to Off Roles as they are not the direct employer's.
