Dislikes

Too much favoritism, unprofessional culture. Company is reluctant to reward employees, but quick to punish at any opportunity, even if its not due to employees. During covid, many employees got the pink-slip overnight, others faced a salary cut. But when Company made record profits no i ncentives/bonus was given to compensate. None of the below mentioned benefits/facilities are available. Team outings are an unheard of concept. No free transport/gym/ food/training. Even company Shirts are charged to employees...Read More
