I have to manage the ops.deptt. ( Cold rolling , Galvanising , Galvalume & Colour Coating ) to get the target ,set by Mgmt. Prompt action is being taken by other deptts ie.timely mthly P.M. by Mech. & Electric for smooth running of prod. lines.

Work environment at middle management level is good. It's a growing organisation. There is fair level of job security. Very rare instance of Company firing or lay off any employees. Infrastructure is good.

Increment rate is average 8%. All six days working, hence no proper work life balance. Systems and processes are not robust, specially for new joinee. No system for giving anonymous feedback.
