JSW is the growing organisations, having broad expansion plans. Got hood opportunities to learn new things. Job is secure even performance is average. Efforts are considered while appraisals and rewarded accordingly.

Dislikes

Personal growth is bit slow. Employee welfare can be enhanced. Managers should be more impartial and unbiased.

Work Details

Work life balance is basically depends on the department in which employee is working. Few departments are in extreme comfort and rest are over burdened.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
