Their is nothing to like about this company. This company treats the sales team as their maid. Our shift starts at 10 pm however the sales VP who sit's in the Mumbai office asks us to join the call at 8 am itself. Some times he would call us out of office hrs at 12pm and ask us to share the sales report. When sales targets are not met he would insult us in front on PAN India team.
