Office politics is too high, bossism favorsim & domanating by few is highly impacting office's daily environment,no good managers n HoD are not so prominent only following few who are favourite not able to take decision alone with equality.

Their is nothing to like about this company. This company treats the sales team as their maid. Our shift starts at 10 pm however the sales VP who sit's in the Mumbai office asks us to join the call at 8 am itself. Some times he would call us out of office hrs at 12pm and ask us to share the sales report. When sales targets are not met he would insult us in front on PAN India team.
