Likes

Employees are friendly and no much politics between them. Working culture is good. Employees mostly learn on their own through research as there are no proper seniors or knowledgable personnel to guide on certain areas.

Dislikes

Top Management is terrible and runs as a one man show. Focus will more be on raising invoices and minting money rather than on quality of deliverable, client satisfaction etc., Lots of work pressure and no work life balance. Organisation frequently changes its hierarchy and policies reflecting top managements lack of planning and proper vision....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
