If you are at executive, intern level them it is good other Managerial and above posts are bad here. They will give you good designation but then again Huge pressure. Passing a week will also feel like an year.

Dislikes

The company will give you good salary but that salary is not constant as job security is zero. It's a promoter based firm. Not at all recommendable. The company fired most of the employees including me within the span of 3-4 months.

Office politics No ethics or professionalism No sense of designation - HR comes up with random titles whether person is deserving or not No matter what you have done in past work experience, they will make you do something else. We get a freehand in choosing projects and clients. The exposure to various scopes and projects is tremendous. They have industry experts who conduct trainings and also guide the team in execution. There is so much to learn and the quality of work we get to do and learn is dynamic.

Dislikes

Responses from support teams is slow. Though they start off with many employee engagement plans they won't happen on time or regularly.

It's stressful during duedates/ deadlines. Rest of the time it is pretty balanced.

There was nothing to like about the company. The management runs a monarchy there. Anyone who'd go against them will get fired

They think of employees only as resources and nothing more. They don't replace anyone with the employees who have either left or fired. One person is expected to do the job of at least 5 people. Employees are friendly and no much politics between them. Working culture is good. Employees mostly learn on their own through research as there are no proper seniors or knowledgable personnel to guide on certain areas.

Dislikes

Top Management is terrible and runs as a one man show. Focus will more be on raising invoices and minting money rather than on quality of deliverable, client satisfaction etc., Lots of work pressure and no work life balance. Organisation frequently changes its hierarchy and policies reflecting top managements lack of planning and proper vision.
