Dislikes

Salary hike is less. During covid salary cuts were made with the promise that they would return when company is in profit. Company already in profit but no returns

Likes

I am working with Jss past 4 years. This is a very good organisation to startup and career growth. Management is very supportive. Flexible office timings. Salary is good. Departments and team members are very supportive. Work life balance is ok. HR policies are also good.

Dislikes

Minimum cultural events. Meetings are very frequent that impact regular work. Poor trainings and higher expectations by few managers.

Internal audits, vendor audits, project audits, SOP prepration, employee trainings, Audit prepration, CAPA implimentation & compliance check etc
