Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Hard Rock Cafè India, owned By JSM Corporation. Platform is good but company running it is Pathetic. Very unprofessional.

Company is too careless with employees. Too many hidden company policies. Salary doesn't get credited on time. Company running HARD ROCK CAFE PUNE is too poor with employee management. No coordination with in their company.
