Dislikes

The company seems to prioritize hiring for research but redirects employees, even newcomers, towards sales and marketing tasks. The lack of appreciation for work and tendency to pinpoint newcomers for minor mistakes creates a discouraging environment. Unfortunately, bad management hampers the opportunity for meaningful learning and renders the experience a waste of time.

Very bad experience. No personal growth. Mental health is always at stake. No organization at all. There was something else in job description than the work they make us do. No basic rights are provided to the employee. Very bad management.

Very very bad management. There is a lot of politics by old staff and the management does not address our issues. There is no company policy and processes. There is no career growth. They will directly ask to leave your job without any notice or reasons.
