The management sucks. They make you do clerical work despite your education background and look for opportunities to cut your salary. Also once they have achieved all the benefits from you, they will pester you till you give up and leave the company yourselves.

Likes

Free lunch and coffee. Teammates were cordial and fun to be with. A lot of PPTs, so that's a learning.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. Work Environment isn't really great. No set systems and protocols and processes. Could not see much scope for growth. They usually hire interns, and make them work as full employees, reason getting work done for meager renumeration.

In such a toxic environment, people are competing with interns and not receiving appreciation for their work. There is a lack of opportunities for learning new techniques, exploring, and experiencing growth. Progress seems to depend on the mood of the leadership, who often prioritize marketing and sales over other aspects. Additionally, the presence of political backbiting contributes to a toxic environment that hinders personal and professional growth.

Dislikes

The company seems to prioritize hiring for research but redirects employees, even newcomers, towards sales and marketing tasks. The lack of appreciation for work and tendency to pinpoint newcomers for minor mistakes creates a discouraging environment. Unfortunately, bad management hampers the opportunity for meaningful learning and renders the experience a waste of time.

The company doesn't respect the level of dedication and efforts put forth by an individual. Work culture is really pathetic and job security/career growth is stagnant.

Very bad experience. No personal growth. Mental health is always at stake. No organization at all. There was something else in job description than the work they make us do. No basic rights are provided to the employee. Very bad management.
