Job security. They are unlikely to fire even the worst of employees. Although they will make your life hell to make you leave.

This place is best suited for uncivilised donkeys. Late salary (Paid around the 26th of the NEXT month) Expenses may not be paid for months on the end (mine was not paid for six months) Most likely They will hold 2 months' salary when you leave (they pay one month late so notice period + 1) They look for excuses to deduct salary andreject or delay expense claims. They expect you to work 24x7. People at least show off by sending emails late at night and on Sundays. Those working at the factory have to often come on Sundays. No extra pay for this. No benefits Ultra micro managing. MD is involved in everything.... EVERYTHING. If by any chance you are looking to work in a position where you will be handling vendors, remember, THEY DON'T PAY THE VENDORS unless they are forced to. Once they receive the material or the service they don't pay and start making all kinds of excuses to not pay. There is too much improvement point but due to some resources and Mgt it’s not full-fill ( Safety , Coast Saving , Time Saving , Work process smoother POKA -YOKE ) Mgt to be address this only

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I have learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
