Excellent working environment and culture. Colleagues are highly supportive, and the management is transparent. There is a massive cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are fair, appraisals are appropriate, and they offer good salaries hikes and bonuses every year.

I have been working in Sparx IT Solutions as a Digital Marketing Executive. I struggled a bit initially though my manager and teammates helped me a lot. I got to work on diverse projects. I gradually learned everything on the job.

They care about everyone associated with them. Whether its employees or customers, they seem to exhibit a sense of care and honesty to everyone. I enjoy working with them.

I do not see anything I dislike about the company so far. They have been a crucial part of my career and growth so I am rather more thankful to them.

Only Rohit sir have good technical knowledge else seniors are just pass their time.

Company may be good but my manager didn't give me a chance to see the goodness in hell.

They are clueless and every department has few 7-10+ year old person working who never want to adjust a newcomer. Specially few managers like Richard are just hell. Although he might have strong technical knowledge but doesn't know the boundaries of professional behaviour. He humiliates experienced person as a school intern.

Some people are worst. Micromanagement. One manager and he puts high pressure. No work from home.
