timings are strict. No overtime.

Dislikes

No one thinks for employee benefits. Always looking for the ways to cut employee benefits. Discriminating HR Policies. There are different policies for every employee. HR works under management pressure. Biased promotion policies. Not at all supportive for female staff.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
