Since we all are professional background and we know what an employee is looking in a company. So slowly steady we are opening new facilities and new value adds for all our employees and we are not leaving an stones to make each and every employee at home and safely guarded.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
