All management people are highly experienced and professional

Highly disappointed with marketing head's knowledge and skills ( Basically big zero). There is no strategy, no direction, fully influenced by outside people. She makes decision on air (only hawabazi). Cant expect more from an uneducated lady. People hardly know the brand due to her poor marketing practice. Her zero performance and knowledge has severely impacted the brand growth. Joy is doing well only for its quality product range, not for marketing strategies.
