Salary on 7th of each month JoulesToWatts are not abide to the rules mentioned in your Offer letter and its one sided. I don’t see any positives in J2W

They won’t pay salary. They say first month due some technical issues we are unable to credit salary, second month they will terminate from company. HR people informs you after 90 days we will do full on final settlement ,after 90 day they wont respond also. Please don't join.
