As mentioned above… how much they can survive with the same. Organisation management at a unit/region level poorly managed.. CSD Executives are much more powerful than your RSM/NSM and can influence Top Level Management thoughts. Do not believe in promoting the performer's. Always have a thought of hiring a well aged team which can not run in market but can do lot of politics.

People who is looking for career in jotun paints can definately makes is carrer the atmosphere of this company is very chilled no work load can get more things to learn about paints technology etc i worked 3 years as a sales manager at jotun paints in doha qatar i am still waiting to get the same job in jotun paints

I dont like one things in jotun paints when you are planning some new products in jotun paints their employee give discounts rates to their fav shops customers the rate should be similar to everyone a strict action should be taken for this
