Nothing seems good, basically its a typical LALA company, and management is like jiddi baccha. If they dont like any one, they will insult you in front of all. Never appreciate you for the good work. Only chamchagiri will work here. They are treating their employees as servant and dont care about your life. Even though they are even not giving basic salary more than 4k, totally unprofessional and unethical management.

JP and sons company. Purely nepotism.

Its like working in Government office, If you cant say no to work they will burden with everything's especially Top managements people. No Name of increments dont expect 10-30% Increment they will provide only 5% to 7 % If you ask for increment then only they will think to provid you. if you d ont ask they will not provide salary also!
