1. The Opportunity to meet new people from different walks of life is great. From an IAS officer to someone in a remote village in India building hospitals. 2. Access to management, The founders and management are quite accessible so you can always go and talk to them and learn from them. 3. Young people - So you do make some friends and have fun

Dislikes

1. There's always too many experiments running so you do get confused and not enough time is given to each experiment. 2. You have to work on Sundays for shoots.
