1.People who Bootlick and people who are close to the management gets more Hike. 2.Only one day off per week, Sometimes Employees are asked to come on festivals. 3.Employees work efficiency is calculated with punctuality not with their actual work. 4.No benefits for staff. No PF, No medical leave only 1 paid leave per month and 1 permission per month. 5.People who pretend to work are highly paid and people who actually work are paid less 6.No proper rules, management change its rules frequently....Read More
