It is an Indian company.. which is making things indigenously except controllers. It's training program for newcomers is average, but there is some type of distinction between north Indian and south Indian in staff promotion and in terms of technical training they give preference to South Indian as compairasion to North Indian whether both have the same qualifications and intellect.

Their staff mostly focus on cleaning and don't focus on qualities of the service of lift, they compare qualities with cleaning up the guide rail and machine room, although company provides check list for every month but local engineers and supervisor push their mechanic to get usual things.. They are not upgraded up to the mark.

I have worked over there more than 1.5 years and I was thinking that they will provide some kind of training about wiring of controller but they indulge every newcomers in work of lubrication of track and cleaning of machine whether he is well educated .
