Average work environment, Ground staffs are doing really great job. Some of seniors are very supportive to every individual.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in terms of South people and north people. They only support South peoples. Management also doesn’t support in favour of north peoples. Salaries are very low. Hikes are given like in pennies. They didn’t provide any training for industrial or individual growth. Work completion Expectations are very high but skills improvement trainings are ZERO. Senior management always consider South people over North peoples for professionals promotions. HR are also not interested in ground staff....Read More

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
