Job Insecurity & Instability - Two mass layoff’s in last 6-8 months. Constant fear of being fired. One may get fired here even on his 1st month of joining in cost-cutting layoff drives. Poor Leadership & No Strategy- Directionless decision making & lack of strategy. Lack of clear vision for growth. Business Sell-offs - Selling key businesses. E.g HVAC, Air Distribution etc. Very High Employee Attrition Rate - People joins and leaves like anything. In just 1 year you will see that a team faces gets changed completely, which ultimately impacts on project timelines. None of the project completes on time. Policies not that good - No paternity leaves, capping on expense in relocation policy etc. Hazardous & Unhealthy Work Environment- People doing product testing’s on their desks which causing lot of noise and affecting other employees on floor. This will impact hearing ability & mental health of employees in long term. Acting as a support center for their US Office - No/Little ownership to Indian employees. Just do what they are telling you to do, no need to put your own mind. Overall, its great place to work. Pay is lower than Competitors in the area but other benefits are good. Need to have Salary rationalization in line with work experience and market statndards.

Company transfer anyone to any team regardless of their specialization. They will make software programmer to work in hardware team or graphic team without any training and without any intimation. Company will change the employees team and roles without any intimation and approval.

Red tape culture everywhere. Long staying employees dominates every aspect getting importance, benefits, promotions. No guidance to new recruits. Unnecessary stress and pressure of results. Total disregard for one’s personal life and well being. Asking for a leave is scary. Outright favourism within teams.

Nothing, its a small setup and there are clear bias practices been followed up in IJP selection. Managers are so bias they clearly support there chelas rest are just wait for external opportunity. Higher management and HR just a puppets and deaf do not hear or do anything

Everything , try to avoid joining this company as you never know when they lay you off or if you wanna fight with managers faverate for growth or IJP's.

Promotions - no clarity on whats the structure to move above in the hierarchy. Fear of layoff - there is a constant fear of getting laid off mostly due to market conditions, field of business, macro economics & US market driven revenue prospects.
