No work life balance, Senior Management is a Lobby, Over positive thinking, cannot tolerate a genuine "No", late working hours even on weekends, no creativity, not thinking productive, Over customer oriented business model, Less engineering company more of a customer support company, they like every employee to follow blindly what th eir leaders/senior management expects them to do, lot of pressure and wasting lot of time in useless tasks.
