It's a company which has complete different vibe from other company. Good working environment and superiors who work along side with us. This company can improve your personal skills and character development is good.

No work-life balance. Difficult to get personal time while working. No permanent working hours. And because salary is according to performance,If you aren't hardworking and determined it will be difficult for you to get a good salary.

Basically it's pay per performance and no fixed pay and your not told this during any stages of the interview. They say they provide marketing help to different organisations but they provide help in fundraising to only two organisations SOS and UNICEF, which is also misleading. Working environment is not good. We have to go outside and pitch in the sunshine. Their is not enough space to accommodate all. They said the working hours is from 8 to 6 but it varies upto 11- 12pm. I wasted my time, no growth. If you are a person looking for your career growth, I don't recommend this.

Nothing they are seeking donations on behalf of sos children's Villages of India & unicef. You have to make calls from own number. Please don't get into this trap

Fake Motivations. It's a sort of MLM were you will be promised to be promoted to entrepreneur but they are getting donations from people and from that donation amount only you get paid. Even they won't pay you the full amount. The company culture is different but don't believe blindly. No growth career no experience certificate .
